(1) According to the Constitution of Nepal and other prevailing laws, the verification of resolutions passed by the Federal-Parliament shall be by the signature of the Speaker or the Speaker of the House from which such resolution originates.

(2) Subsection Based on the certified copy as stated in (1), the Secretary General of the Federal-Parliament or the Secretary or the gazetted officer designated by the Secretary General shall execute or cause to be executed the proposal.
